Pop punk kids rejoice because in 2024, your favourite band Simple Plan are finally making their way back Down Under. This will be the Canadian outfit’s first trip here since they appeared on the 2019 edition of Good Things Festival and, you best believe we are overwhelmingly stoked on this tour.
“We’re so happy to announce that we’re finally coming back to Australia in April 2024! The last time we played down under was way back in 2019 for the « Good Things » festival so it’s been way too long and we are way overdue for a visit in one of our absolute favorite places in the world.
We love this country and our Aussie fans so much and we couldn’t be more excited to have the chance to perform in Perth, Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane. We’re playing some amazing venues and we know these shows are gonna be heaps of fun!
We’re also really thrilled to bring some incredible bands and artists with us. Joining the tour are the super talented Boys Like Girls and our great friends We The Kings! This tour line-up is stacked and we know these shows will be unforgettable.
We hope to see you there!” – Simple Plan
Tagging along with Simple Plan will be fellow pop punk royalties, Boys Like Girls and We The Kings. The three bands are set to tour extensively across Australia in April 2024, hitting up all major Australian cities, playing their hits from the 2000s from ‘I’m Just A Kid’ to ‘The Great Escape’ to ‘Check Yes Juliet’.
Prepare yourselves for the international pop punk showcase this country has been waiting for as this triple threat bill stands up there with our international friends in the US and UK. Destroy All Lines, the crew have done well here!
