Bad Neighbour Unveil New Single ‘The Middle’

Brisbane indie punk outfit Bad Neighbour are preparing to drop their debut full-length next month and have lifted brand new single ‘The Middle‘ this week. This latest release sees the band build upon their emo-tinged punk roots while also taking a soaring deep dive down heavy lyrical content.

“The track was written shortly after the loss of a family member. My family came together to support and love each other, even though we all had a tumultuous relationship in the years prior. Sometimes pride can get in the way of how we really feel sometimes.“

– Cooper Riley, vocalist

The band’s forthcoming album, Millions marks their most refined chapter yet. Bad Neighbour will no doubt set the pace for Australian indie punk next month. What makes Bad Neighbour stand front and centre for us is their ability to introduce a rugged, heavier outlook into the high strung indie scene that can sometimes feel a little stagnant, especially for fans that prefer something with more guitars. We love to see it!
