UK’s Neck Deep are finally making their way down under in April 2025 for the ultimate pop punk showdown. Joining the band on the Dumbstruck, Dumbf!*k tour will be their best buds in the scene, Albany pop punkers State Champs.
This double threat pop punk header will no doubt be the tour of the year for Australian fans and comes as a full circle moment if you’ve been a dedicated fan over the past decade. Neck Deep’s debut Australian tour back in 2014 also saw the boys on the road with State Champs and since then, the two acts have become an unstoppable force in alternative/pop punk.
The shows will hit Perth on 21 April, followed by Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney and finish up in Brisbane on 27 April. Coming through just a year following the band’s self-titled release, the Dumbstruck, Dumbf!*k tour sits as their biggest shows on Australian ground yet. In the short time frame, songs like ‘We Need More Bricks‘ and ‘Sort Yourself Out‘ have sat comfortably within our ears and set the benchmark high for the next wave of pop punk to follow suit.
State Champs, who only just dropped their fifth self-titled release two weeks ago (our review here), have become a consistent force in alternative/rock. Proving in 2022 that they are indeed the Kings of the New Age, the Champs boys fail to disappoint as they continue to spruik high-energy enthusiasm on their latest LP in the form of clever lyricism and contagious melodies. Honestly, for us, it’s damn near impossible to get a bad release from these guys.
Presented by Live Nation, pre-sales for the shows kick off on Wednesday 20 November at 9am local time.
General sale will go live on Thursday 21 November at 9am local.
