Silverstein Share New Single ‘Don’t Let Me Get Too Low’

Canadian post-hardcore outfit Silverstein have released their brand new single, ‘Don’t Let Me Get Too Low‘ and after one listen, it sounds like the boys are hitting major strides in their pop punk influences.

Keeping us hooked with solid rock melodies and a mesh of punchy riffs, the track is a reminder of how diverse Silverstein’s 25-year history really is. From their post-hardcore emo roots right through to the vibrant catchiness of 2020’s release, A Beautiful Place To Drown, this latest track is proof there are zero signs of slowing down.

“Don’t Let Me Get Too Low blends our classic sound with our pop-punk and also our hardcore influences.  It’s a song that is hard to describe because it does so much in under 3 minutes. The video was a lot of fun to film, we were in the middle of the desert outside Las Vegas and I was digging my own grave with a big smile on my face.  Luckily no cops showed up to ask us what we were doing, that might have been hard to explain.”

Shane Told, Silverstein vocalist

The song is taken off the band’s forthcoming double album, Antibloom / Pink Moon. Produced by Sam Guaiana, the first half, Antibloom is slated for release next month on 21 February via UNFD.
